Here, at Comox Valley Mushrooms our goal is to produce the best possible quality of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. We constantly improve and innovate. During our first year of active production, we have grown more than 20 varieties of mushrooms. Some of them we abandoned due to lack of interest from our customers and others proved to be extremely difficult to grow, or simply did not fit into our main production patterns and require more investment.
